Shipping Policy

We currently impose a standard nationwide delivery fee of R120. Please note that we do not use Paxi for shipping, as our products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Based on previous experiences, we have found that Paxi's handling of packages does not meet our care standards.

Return & Exchange Policy

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on used. We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage to the product or packaging immediately, including taking pictures for evidence. Please note that each delivery box is equipped with a tamper-seal sticker located on the top side of the box, positioned over the tape.

Once the order has been delivered, we are not liable for any losses or damages.
